New ECM Titanium Driver Update for Temic DQ200 and Temic DQ250 Cxx TCUs: Enhance Your Workshop’s Performance

The new updates introduced by our Driver development team include several improvements. For both transmissions, maps that determine the gear ratios have been added. This allows you to replace the transmission with a different mechatronic unit while the TCU recalculates the corresponding values for each gear ratio, even with different mechanics. These maps, especially useful in racing or repair applications, allow for the adaptation of a transmission with slightly different ratios by simply modifying these maps with the replacement values.

For the Temic DQ250 Cxx TCU, additional maps for controlling oil pressure and solenoid amperage/voltage have been included. This enhancement in the driver enables detailed adjustments of oil flow in the conduits to modify the transmission’s behavior during gear shifts. It also allows for changes in pressure and the movement of the clutch groups, helping to limit the slippage or simply increase the speed of gear changes.
